What is Auto Enrolment and how does it affect my business?

Auto-Enrolment of eligible employees into a Qualifying Workplace Pension will be compulsory for ALL BUSINESSES regardless of size or number of employees.

IF you do not comply with the rules of Auto Enrolment you could face large penalties for failure to comply.

Auto enrolment started in October 2012 for larger businesses and by 2018 all employers must have a Qualifying scheme in place where eligible staff will be automatically enrolled.
